MCI had a call from a stone cutting company with a failed servo axis drive on their stone cutting machine. Production stopped. MCI’s engineers quickly set to work and found that the drive had multiple component failures and track damage caused by an electrical surge. New components were fitted and the unit was fully tested. The servo drive was reassembled and was back to full working order. The customer was delighted with MCI’s swift turn around and cost effective solution. MCI repair was quicker and cheaper than getting a replacement drive from Europe!
