MCI was called in by another new customer with a faulty control panel. The machine was out of action and, as a result, food production had halted. No product means no income, so (of course) it was critical to the customer.

MCI removed a faulty HMI panel and diagnosed major corrosion damage due to water ingress. The unit was sent straight to our workshop where it was dismantled, had damaged components replaced, and PCB tracks repaired. MCI then carried out a power and diagnostic test.

Within 24 hours, the machine was back in production! The customer had never received anything like this level of service in the past and was delighted by our fast turnaround time. MCI helps every sector of business that uses electrical and electronics in their machinery.

From hospitals to distillers, bakers to steel foundries, MCI has the experience and skill to help you keep your machinery going.
