MCI was asked by a new customer, that services the oil and gas sector, nuclear power and national fabricators, to replace the control system for a shot blast process.
The customer asked not only for us to replace the old panel, but also to redesign it. We were asked to give the customer more control over the process rather than the previous automated version, and additional safety features.
The control system and enclosure was redesigned and built here in the MCI workshop. We installed the system and enclosure at their facility in one day, to minimise disruption to the production process.
